Alec was appointed to MPS in 2019 and is responsible for implementing the company’s goals, policies, procedures, and performance standards, overseeing the department’s overhead functions.

As a senior business analyst expertise, Alec has leveraged her aptitude for metric-driven analytics to increase efficiency within her company. She believes data is the most critical factor to success, specifically in industrialized construction.

Alec is passionate about designing processes and systems that improve production efficiency. Under her direction, MPS saw vast improvements in the consolidation of systems efficiency, cross-departmental efficiency, and customer experience.

Amarnath Patnam

Head — BIM, PNC Architects | Sobha Realty, Dubai, United Arab Emirates

Amarnath was recognized as a leading figure in the construction industry and has created an effective ecosystem of modern technologies in PNC Architects.

In particular, Amarnath established BIM across different departments, allowing teams to establish a common approach to collaboration. Through the integration of BIM as well as common information tools changed the way communication is conducted between the various stakeholders in order to make them perform faster and more efficiently.

A dedicated co-worker, Amarnath proactively engaged with technology companies to improve his company’s operations and create awareness and support for the application of technology within the UAE and across the world.
